Pool RR Locks
We have recently upgraded the locks at the clubhouse. The new locks will now accept a passcode OR the original restroom key.
The BOD will send out a broadcast email to all members on file with the unlock passcode. If you did not receive the email, please send an email to kwboard@gmail.com with your name and address and we will reply back to you with the passcode.
Please note that these locks require battery power to operate with the passcode. If you ever suspect the battery is dead, please report to kwboard@gmail.com or our management company.
New Neighbor
Welcome to your new community! We hope the information on this site helps answer most of your questions.
We have provided a blog post that summarizes some quick info of interest. The KWPOA Documents in the sidebar of each page have some very useful info in them as well. Namely, the DCCR- Quick Reference will provide a high-level overview of the primary neighborhood regulations.
We understand that this is a lot of information to take in at once. We believe that adherence to the TLV ordinances and and the KWPOA DCCR helps keep our community beautiful and a welcoming place to live.
Please contact our Manager or come to our next meeting if you have any questions.
Tree Trimming
According to Taylor Lake Village ordinance, trees must be trimmed so they hang no lower than 10 feet above a street and 8 feet above a sidewalk. Homeowners are responsible for trimming the trees in their yard regardless of where the branches hang, in order to meet city ordinance.
To comply with this ordinance and avoid any safety hazards with the school buses, we are asking homeowners in the KirbyWoods neighborhood to comply with the TLV ordinance and keep their trees trimmed accordingly.
